Bonjour, je m'appelle Léonie Jean et je suis présentement en deuxième année en Effets Visuels au NAD à Montréal. J'ai commencé mon parcours au Collège Bois-de-Boulogne en automne 2020 dans la technique en Animation 3D et synthèse d'image que j'ai fini en mai 2023 obtenant un prix de Mikros Animation et deux nominations de Rodeo FX et Hybride VFX à la soirée A3D au Collège Bois-de-Boulogne. Mon projet synthèse à aussi été mis en valeur par Epic Games dans leur Student Showcase 2023 cet automne.
Ensuite, grâce à l'entente DEC-BAC entre les deux écoles et mon dossier scolaire, je suis entrée au NAD en deuxième année en VFX cet automne 2023 dernier. J'ai également reçu une bourse d'admission de Rodéo FX et l'UQAC à mon entrée à l'université.
J'ai eu la chance de participer à la création du jeu Magewraith de North Squadron cet été 2023 en temps que Level Artist principale.
Hello, my name is Léopnie Jean and I am currently a second year VFX student at NAD Montréal. I started my academic journey in fall of 2020 at Collège Bois-de-Boulogne in the Animation 3D et Synthèse d’image program. I graduated in may of 2023 winning a prize from Mikros Animation and two nominations from Rodéo FX et Hybride VFX at the “Soirée A3D” gala. Mon final project was also recognised by Epic Games in their 2023 Student Showcase this fall.
I then entered the NAD center in second year in VFX this fall 2023, receiving an admission scholarship from Rodéo FX and UQAC.
In the summer of 2023, I participated in the creation of Magewraith, a game by NorthSquadron as the main Level Artist.
